Deposit
For reservations booked 60 days or more before arrival, a 50% deposit must be received within 7 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. Payment is due in full if the rental is less than 7 nights.

Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is requested at the time of booking. All payments must be received by the due date to avoid automatic cancellation.

We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards.  Please include a 10% Bahamas Hotel Tax.

Note: for checks which are returned from the bank for insufficient funds, a $30.00 fee applies. Once any portion of the package has been used, unused features or accommodations nights are non-refundable

Cancellation
For Villa rentals we have a no refund policy. If you need to cancel you will have a full credit to be used for another trip within 18 months of original date of arrival.

Deposit for slip reservations
A credit card deposit equal to one night's dockage will be required to hold a reservation.

Cash; Credit Card 

Cancellation
48 hours' notice must be given via telephone or email in order to cancel a reservation.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for one-night dockage.

Compass Cay "Common Sense RULES"

  • NO Fires Allowed ANYWHERE on the island.
  • Separate FOOD from TRASH (feed FOOD to the SEA) Do Not put food scrapes in with TRASH.
  • NO Grilling on the DOCKS
  • SMOKING is PROHIBITED on Compass Cay.
  • PLEASE do not enter dock office with wet suites.
  • NO DRONES
  • No outside drinks or food allowed from day boaters.
  • No Pets Allowed beyond the docks will show designated area...YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE  to clean up your pets duty.
  • NO SLR or DSLR Cameras
